The first stop is Hveragerdi, a charming town just 45 minutes from Reykjavík. There, you can enjoy coffee and pastries.

Before heading to Gullfoss and Geysir, a stop will be made at Faxi waterfall, a hidden gem in the area. 



Gullfoss is an absolutely stunning waterfall, and it's one of the largest in Iceland. You'll have a minimum of 45 minutes to fully explore and admire the waterfall from various angles.



The next stop is Myrkholt Wool Farm, where you can find beautiful handmade woolen sweaters and get close to the famous Icelandic horses.



Next, you'll visit the most famous hot spring in the world, Geysir. This will be the longest stop of the day, giving you plenty of time for lunch and to explore the area. You'll be amazed as you witness the hot springs erupting. It's a truly special and one-of-a-kind experience.

Before you head back to Reykjavík, the last stop is Thingvellir National Park. It's a special place with a rich history and beautiful nature. You'll get to learn about the fascinating history of Thingvellir and even walk between the huge tectonic plates. It's an incredible experience you won't want to miss.

- Good shoes, there is not a lot of hiking but always clever to bring comfortable footwear.

What to bring

Pick-up for this tour starts at 8:00, we kindly ask you to be ready at your stop at that time. Be mindful that it sometimes takes a little time to pick everybody up. If you have chosen a hotel pickup you will have to be ready outside the hotel where the driver can see you. 

In the pickup list, you will find all available pick-up points. Most of them are located in and around Reykjavík city center. You will be dropped off at the same location. If your accommodation is not on the pickup list try to select the nearest hotel or the closest bus stop. The locations of the bus stops are available on this website.

The tour cancelation policy is set by the tour operator. 

All cancellations need to be made via email or confirmed with the operator directly, the operator's contact information can be found on the top right side of your ticket. 

Cancellations by customers have to be made with 24-hour notice (8:00 am the day before the tour) or no refund will be given. If the operator cancels a tour due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances customers receive a full refund. 

Please note that in any special circumstances, the tour operator has the final say on refund matters. We will have to comply with their decision.

The pickup takes place between 8:00 and 8:30 am. Please be ready at your pickup location at 8:00 am.



This tour is operated on a minibus that seats 19 people.
