Due to safety reasons the helicopter is not allowed to land at the eruption site. 

After submitting your booking we will inform you about the exact starting time of the tour on your selected date. We will ask you for information , if you can kindly provide us with the following information: phone number, weight (approx), height (approx) & email of each passenger in your group. 

The volcano helicopter tours are highly weather dependant, we have to abide by the rules and regulations set in place by the Department of Civil Protection and Emergency Management.

Cancellations by customers have to be made with more than 24 hours notice to get a refund, if not a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If the tour is canceled by the operator because of weather or other unforeseen events you will get a full refund.
