We will try to bring along all the necessary equipment for infants, older individuals, and those with limited mobility. However, depending on their specific design and features, the terrain at the mountaintop may not be suitable for strollers or wheelchairs, even though Mt.Reynisfjall is flat on top!

Cancellations by customers have to be made with more than 24 hours notice to get a refund, if not a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If the tour is cancelled by the operator because of weather or other unforeseen events you will get a full refund.
