The tour cancelation policy is set by the tour operator. 

All cancellations need to be made via email or confirmed with the operator directly, the operator's contact information can be found on the top right side of your ticket. 

Cancellations by customers have to be made with 24-hour notice (8:00 am the day before the tour) or no refund will be given. If the operator cancels a tour due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances customers receive a full refund. 

Please note that in any special circumstances, the tour operator has the final say on refund matters. We will have to comply with their decision.

Cancelation policy

-Allow 2 hours for the whole tour incl. driving to where the hiking starts, hiking, safety instructions, and checks, etc.

-Dress according to weather, wind- and/or rainproof is always a good option when travelling in Iceland.
